Custom Project FAQ
What is the minimum order for custom fabrication?
There's no minimum. We've created single pieces for boutiques and 500-unit programs for corporate rollouts. Every project gets the same attention to detail.
Can you match a specific material or finish?
Yes. We maintain an extensive sample library and source specialty materials worldwide. We'll provide physical samples before committing to production.
Do you work with design files from other software?
We accept files from AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, Revit, and all standard formats. Our team can also convert hand sketches into production-ready drawings.
What is your warranty on custom installations?
All custom fabrication carries a 5-year structural warranty. LED systems are warranted for 50,000 hours. We also offer annual maintenance contracts.
